Your Follow Up Consult will include: Visit of one hour or longer, as needed Feeding and latch assessment Infant weight check Reassess and revise (if necessary) initial care plan Adjust individualized care plan Two complimentary follow up phone calls, texts, or emails Complete report sent to pediatrician and mom's physician Superbill provided for submission to insurance
