Your Back to Work appointment will include: Establishing a pumping routine to maintain a milk supply Discuss what you can do to ensure you are prepared Help determining how much milk you will need to send with your baby Information on paced feeding your baby for daycare providers Suggestions for talking to Employers Information on the Fair Labor Standards Act and breastfeeding breaks: know your rights!
